Privacy Policy
Version 2026-06-13
What we collect
- Account details (name, email) for the invited pilot.
- Source material you upload (documents, links, topics).
- Voice and likeness samples you submit during onboarding, used to create your voice and digital twin.
- Versioned consent records and basic audit metadata.
How we use it
We process your material only to provide the service: drafting scripts, generating your voice and avatar, and assembling reels. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your voice or likeness to serve any other customer.
Consent and deletion
Voice cloning and digital twin generation run only after you record explicit consent. You can withdraw consent and request deletion of your samples and generated assets at any time through your Aaiota concierge.
Sub-processors
We rely on the following third-party processors to deliver the service. Each only receives the data needed for its function:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud hosting, database, and encrypted media storage.
- ElevenLabs — Voice cloning and text-to-speech generation from your consented voice samples.
- HeyGen — Digital twin (avatar) video generation from your consented likeness samples.
- Anthropic (Claude) — Drafting and refining script and caption text from your source material.
- Pexels — Licensed stock B-roll footage used as supplementary visuals.
Storage and security
Data is stored in encrypted cloud storage and a managed database. Media is served only to your authenticated session or to Aaiota staff handling your onboarding.
